- California Department of Real Estate: This California department governs all CA agents and brokers. This website has many helpful resources for agents and the public, including their popular agent lookup tool to check the standing and disciplinary history of any agent or broker licensed in the state.
- California Housing and Community Development: The California HCD provides many valuable resources, including assistance with planning and funding for affordable housing developers and residents, plus links to their research covering the many issues communities face in meeting their housing needs.
- California Dept. of Financial Protection and Innovation: The DFPI oversees many areas of finance and trade for consumer protection for California residents. In real estate, the DFPI oversees mortgage and escrow providers. Additionally, their website has many consumer resources for home buyers and those seeking mortgages.
- Fair Housing (fairhousingcalifornia.org): Real estate professionals and consumers depend on strong fair housing laws and practices to thrive in our communities and economy.
