BIOGRAPHY:
REAL ESTATE AGENT –
JACK SCHOBERG
Jack Schoberg grew up in a community just outside of Milwaukee, WI (about 70 mi. north of Chicago, Il). Since childhood, he has shown interest in business and entrepreneurship; as a teenager, he owned a business leasing office equipment to other companies.
Academically, Jack excelled at comprehending his subject matter and scored in the 95% percentile on his first attempt at the SAT college entrance exam. He enrolled in the University of Wisconsin State College but put his undergrad plans on hold to pursue his entrepreneurship and real estate goals. He went on to buy his first home in 2005 at the age of 22 and added a duplex to his portfolio a year later. Jack has been involved in real estate and entrepreneurship ever since. Jack returned to his studies a few years later and, in 2014, earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration – Information Technology Management from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
In 2017, Jack became a full-time California resident and focused on real estate investments and construction. In 2020, Jack became a licensed real estate salesperson and began helping clients save on their transactions by providing reduced commission fees and rebates. Jack works with San Diego, CA-based brokerage “Premier Realty Associates” and, as of ([code_snippet id=4 php=true]), has still been helping clients throughout California save on their real estate transactions.
Favorite Charities OF CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE AGENT – JACK SCHOBERG
Many nationwide and local organizations put forward necessary and much-needed hard work that sometimes goes unnoticed. Their dedication to the less fortunate helps to reduce the hardship and suffering that’s often prevalent among societies today.
I pledge to help support several of these charitable organizations—ideally, those who have proven to take their causes seriously and can use their resources effectively.
As part of this pledge, I will donate at least 5% of net commissions to charitable non-profit organizations supporting essential causes.
Here are a few favorite non-profits the JSRE team has recently worked with or would like to work with soon.
Sincerely,
Jack Schoberg
