How Our California Buyer Rebate Works
Our buyer rebate is designed to help California home buyers keep more money in their pockets while still receiving professional representation throughout the purchase process. Eligible buyers can receive 50% of our buyer-side commission back at closing, up to 1.25% of the purchase price.
